Unsure
You're not sure whether therapy is the right next step.
There is no obligation to continue. The consultation is simply a conversation — a chance to see if this is the right fit for you.
What to Expect

The goal is continuity and consistency.
Confidentiality
What this means for you
Everything shared in therapy is treated as confidential within the usual limits of psychotherapy practice.
Limits of confidentiality
If legal or safety situations require disclosure, this will be discussed clearly as part of contracting.
You will never be surprised by a disclosure. The process is transparent from the outset.
Human-Led Therapy
AI & Technology

Any tools used to support reflection or documentation operate within clear boundaries and are discussed transparently as part of consent and contracting.
